Galia Lahav is a bridal and evening haute couture design house, which masters in the art of creating luxury dresses. Galia Lahav dresses are not modest rather extravagant and intricate in beautiful design.

With her famous illusion backs, cascading silk tulle skirts and Italian ivory lace, she has created a brand, which is a household name in bridal. All the dresses made in Galia’s studio are hand made by the top seamstresses in Israel and finest luxury sewing techniques. The brand can be found in over 40 stores around the world in Europe, Australia and the United States. Since the company was founded, Galia has been on a conquest to redefine fashion for women by creating worlds most sought out dresses.

The Philosophy
There are several factors that define Galia’s company philosophy. We create lavish dresses immaculate in detail while further composing each creation to exude first-class fit on the body. In addition, it is our mission to provide our clients with the finest service possible. We aim to produce pristine haute couture fashion that is faultless from each hand sewn lace applique to every intricate beaded detail. We provide our clients with premium quality dresses that are made for comfort and extravagance during celebration. From the bust to the hips, every gown is made uniquely to the wearer’s physique, as each is custom made. While we bring to life an abundance of gowns and export them around the world, there is one factor that remains eminent and that is our high standard for quality fashion.

History
Galia is of Russian decent born into a family of seamstresses. She started out teaching art classes to students in her neighborhood. This is where her distinct artistic background stems from. As she dived into the design world, it was a gradual evolution. It all started in 1985 in a small town called Ashdod where Galia launched her business of custom-made ivory lace appliques. Her lace appliques were unique and hand-made and years later the business developed into her haute couture fashion house. Today, Galia is designing for brides all over the world and customizing personal lavish evening gowns for celebrities on the red carpet. Although her roots are from the art world, she never forgets to combine art and fashion through each of her luxury creations. Over the last 30 years Galia has established a fashion empire by creating haute couture dresses and identifies herself as a designer of luxury aesthetics and detail.

The Studio
Galia Lahav’s home studio is located in the heart of Israel, Tel Aviv. The studio consists of over 100 employees with teams of specialists that are experts in their field. Everything from the cutting, sewing, designing, beading, marketing, communications and more is done in-house. Galia believes that all elements of creating a bridal dress must be intimate and personal and makes it her philosophy to keep her gowns under custom made standards.
